全球治理中的扩员议题
专题序言
作为全球治理中的一项传统议题，国际组织和多边机制扩员近年获得更多关注。金砖国家领导人就扩员问题达成重要共识，上合组织扩员进程有序推进，有望进一步为相关合作带来新活力。本期学科动态重点关注全球治理中的扩员议题，探讨了国际机制扩员背后的合法性考量，从国际机制扩员的国内政治、政策过程、治理效率等维度展开了分析，并覆盖联合国安理会、二十国集团、上合组织、金砖新开发银行、欧盟、北约等涉及扩员议题的重要国际机制。
